Temporary Performance Issues
Between 03:10 am and 08:02 am BST, we experienced temporary performance issues.
Users of management sites at my.littlegreenbutton.com were unable to access their site during that period.
Users were unable to reach the info pages at help.littlegreenbutton.com at that time.
Some customers who have adopted the 'Standard Connectivity Model' had their buttons switched from the regular bridge server to a backup bridge server at that time. A small number of buttons may have changed to the grey-button state momentarily while they connected to the backup server.
All systems are up and running now. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
