During this time, the Little Green Button will be unavailable for Android mobile phone users. We recommend closing the application when the update is complete and reopening it.

Updates to the littlegreenbutton website and my.littlegreenbutton website have been successfully completed. The first round of maintenance to bridge servers has been successfully completed. We are monitoring the changes and we predict the final round of planned maintenance to the bridge servers will commence on Wednesday 26th September. Please keep checking our status page for updates.

We have scheduled Little Green Button Release 0022 to begin Monday 24th September at 14:00 BST.

Release LGB 22 includes:

-Security updates and improvements

-Bug Fixes

• New Feature: Delayed Start. Under settings>administrator, a user will be able to pre-set a delayed start on the Little Green Button service on Windows. This means Windows will start the service after other services have loaded; ensuring better efficiency on slower devices.

-Improved Feature: Password Reset Email We have improved our password reset email procedure, allowing a reset to be easy for the user, whilst maintaining maximum security.

-Scheduled Maintenance: We are making infrastructure changes for improved security and performance. This will affect the Little Green Button service on Windows devices solely using the bridge server connection and will affect all Android Mobile devices. Maintenance is expected to be staggered over a period of up to 3 days, to ensure minimum disruption to users. We anticipate no or very little disruption to the Little Green Button Windows service over that time, as our failover servers will be used. For Android Mobile App users, some downtime can be expected. Please be vigilant in testing your Little Green Buttons during this time. We recommend closing the application when the update is complete and reopening it.
