Upgrading Management Portal and Essential Maintenance

The maintenance is now complete and the new management portal is now live. The work to the bridge servers has been postponed until 8am BST Monday 27th June.

The first part of our migration is now complete. We are now commencing the second stage but will be extending the anticipated maintenance window by 1 hour (1pm BST).

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

Is being replaced with a fully redeveloped platform.

Bridge Servers

At the same time, Little Green Button's bridge servers are being relocated to further enhance resilience and security. There will be a short window of downtime (~ 5 minutes) as service transfers.

Impact on Little Green Button Windows users

LGB on Windows will continue to function as normal within your subnet. If however, Little Green Button is configured to use bridge servers to join subnets then inter-subnet alerting will be disrupted while your subnets transfer over to the new bridge server. No action is required from users, the migration will be automatic.

Impact on Little Green Button Mobile (Android and iOS) users

Users of Little Green Button Mobile should not use the app during the downtime window and we recommend the app is closed entirely before the downtime window commences. After the downtime window is over, reopen the app and migration will be completed automatically.
